Licensed in 1969 as a Real Estate Agent, became a Real Estate Broker in 1971. Opened my own Real Estate office, managed and was very successful.
Pasquale Ricciuti was licensed in 1974 and joined my firm.
We joined Century 21 in 1978 with one office, recruited and opened four Century 21 offices in Ottawa serving surrounding areas and employing up to 120 salespeople plus admin staff.
September 1987, my business partner and I were married.
We successfully managed our 4 offices. Due to changes in the marketplace, plus we wanted to take time for us to enjoy life on a smaller business scale we decided to close our West-end offices.
In 2025 Stephen George and Marc Andre Perrier of our Orleans branch approached us to ask if they could have the opportunity to purchase shares in our Century 21 Action Power Team franchise. Pasquale and I decided that these dedicated Realtors deserved the Ownership possibilities. We offered them the opportunity to purchase our business which they accepted. To this day, we have remained licensed with this active Team.
As we age gracefully, we have happily returned to sales, having less responsibilities and having a lot more fun on a daily basis!
Both Stephen and Marc Andre are great owners, and we are very proud to continue working within our old/new business of Century 21 Action Power Team Ltd!
Pasquale and I are successful Realtors. We are still very active, not because we need to be, but because we LOVE REAL ESTATE and we know our markets well.
