Nicole is not just a "for hire realtor" she becomes your friend, your family. And she's so dedicated in finding what she believes would not just be a great house for you, but affordable too. And she has the patience of a saint! It was almost sad finding the house when we did because I truly enjoyed seeing all the homes she had to show me. We had a great time. I would 110% use her and recommend her to anyone and everyone. She was always available when I needed her (its like shes always working...she should take a vacation). Anyways, when buying this home, even with the few issues we had was so easy because of her. She just knows basically everything and everyone to take care of any problem you have. Use her!

Nicole was amazing during the process of purchasing a home. We are new to the province; it wasn't long Nicole knew our wishes and our needs. She explained everything, I asked questions regarding auto insurance, health-care, social services, the townships, hydro, gas, utility services etc. Nicole explained everything making the transition from Ontario to Saskatchewan easy.
