Broker, Manager

Since August of 2021 Nancy Filippi has been a Broker and Manager at Century 21 People's Choice Realty Inc., bringing over 20 years of progressive experience across commercial and residential real estate, as well as real property appraisal.

Her career spans some of the industry's most respected firms, including CBRE, DTZ Barnicke, and Royal LePage, where she developed deep expertise in market research and analysis, property valuations, buyer and seller representation, marketing, negotiations, transaction management, and brokerage operations. Nancy works out of our Mississauga office where she provides ongoing support, training, and mentorship to our agents.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Analysis from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) with an appraisal specialty from UBC Sauder School of Business. She is a licensed Broker and a Retired Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
