With over a decade of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Kattlin has maintained a proven track record of sales success that has consistently held his place in the upper echelon of realtors—and has received many awards and accolades for such performance. Prior to entering his 30’s, Kattlin was recognized as one of the Top 30 Realtors under 30 in Canada for Century 21. He is always keen to take on a new challenge and has been involved with—and drafted the contracts for—some of the most complicated real estate transactions his office has handled (sales of business assets, share sales, land assemblies, assignments of options to purchase, etc.).

Kattlin has also assisted in the sales of, and consulted on the feasibility for, several developments ranging from smaller projects of around 40 townhouses up to 100+ unit multi-phase developments. One of his most recent such endeavours was in assisting a Vancouver developer with an $8.8m land assembly and feasibility study for a 110 unit, 3-phase rental complex in Kelowna. Kattlin has also consulted for colleagues less familiar with development sales as well as with the in-house marketing teams of a handful of developers new to town. He has a strong ability to visualize and express conceptual ideas to translate them into tangible results and has used these skills to ensure that all projects he is involved with are immensely successful.

Early in his real estate career, Kattlin and a colleague founded and successfully managed a boutique real estate team of 4 with sales volumes well in excess of $25 million per year. And prior to real estate, he managed a staff of 15-20 people in the hospitality industry.

Everything from the selection of his snowboard to the car he drives is an expression of Kattlin’s uninhibited and forward-thinking approach. Utterly disinterested in following convention for the sake of convention, he sees no reason to limit himself to the status quo if a better path can be discovered. Kattlin believes that new ideas should break the mold rather than fill it.
