About Dean...

After more than 14 years in Real Estate sales, Dean recently became part owner of Century21 Assurance Realty Ltd. with Max and Anna Carbone. Dean works full-time as an Owner/Partner Broker. Dean offers commercial real estate services and agent development and coaching.

“I became a Certified Real Estate Coach in 2018 and have witnessed amazing results with my clients. I want to share this experience with local agents. After witnessing Max and Anna Carbone’s genuine care for the agents at Century21 Assurance and their innovative and unique approach to helping agents succeed, I jumped at the opportunity,” said Dean.

Dean’s career started in finance and sales in 1991. Before real estate, he worked in biotechnology sales and marketing, spanning 13 countries and representing world leaders in healthcare for more than 16 years. Dean’s relocation to the interior of British Columbia in 2003 presented an opportunity to live out his entrepreneurial dream and allowed him to participate more fully in raising his children and calling the Okanagan home.

He has married Wendy for 32 years with two children, Derrick and Cassandra. His single mother, Lynne, inspired him to become a “sales & marketing guy” and pursue a life in business development and real estate.
