With over 15 years of progressive experience in real estate, property management, and operations leadership, Curtis Murphy has built a reputation as a results-driven professional and trusted advisor in the Ottawa market. As co-owner & Chief Operating Officer of Century 21 Synergy Realty Inc., Curtis oversees strategic growth, recruitment, and operations for one of Ottawa’s most dynamic brokerages — while continuing to lead his award-winning real estate team, Murphy & Associates.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Curtis combines his extensive sales and management expertise with a forward-thinking approach to technology, marketing, and client experience. His background spans executive operations roles with organizations such as Alavida Lifestyles and Envie Student, where he led large teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and developed policies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

In addition to his real estate success, Curtis is the co-owner of Strongback Property Management and founder and CEO of Downsize Ottawa Inc., offering full-service management and transition consulting across residential, commercial, and retirement sectors. He is also deeply involved in organizing yearly community and charity events, contributing to fundraising efforts for Easter Seals Ontario and The Ottawa Senators Community Foundation.
