Since 1994 I knew that real estate was a life passion. Through the grace of powerful brokers & mentors I learned the basics of a sound real estate practice which I still use today. My journey to becoming an entrepreneur, award winning producer, broker, trainer, writer, & speaker all started with a little ad in the classifieds.

Throughout my career, I have always sought new opportunities. New ideas from training, reading, webinars to put into my practice, new value adds for my clients, students, mentees. My gdrive is filled with ideas, checklists, processes and resources that I’m ready to share.

Fast forward to today. In winding up another iteration of my life as the Director, Broker & Agent Development for Century 21 Canada, I am excited to re-invigorate my real estate practice, and manage the operations at C21 Bachman & Associates while growing my coaching practice within my brokerage and beyond.
