My name is Tamara Hillyard, and I have been a resident of Orillia since 1998. Having witnessed the remarkable transformation of this community into a thriving city, I am proud to call it home. With a rich background as an educator in Orillia for over 27 years, I have had the privilege of working closely with numerous young people and their families. As I approach retirement from teaching, my desire to continue fostering connections with families I have engaged with over the past 2.5 decades led me to embrace the real estate industry.

Real estate holds a special place in my family's history, with my father boasting over 50 years of experience as a real estate agent and investor, my sister excelling in resale, new homes, and investments for over 30 years, and my brother's impressive 40-year tenure as an investor. This familial immersion has provided me with a robust foundation in the intricacies of the real estate market.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an avid enthusiast of various interests, including spending time with family, interior design, cooking, music, art, travel, gardening, dogs, and fashion.
