Sherri made our acreage purchase such a great experience! She is experienced, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She is honest and is an advocate for your needs and wants when it comes to purchasing a home. Sherri travelled an hour and a half to facilitate showings with us at the property. Although we only knew Sherri for a short time, we feel we have known her for way longer and we hope to maintain contact. Sherri has honestly been incredible. I think her market valuation was absolutely perfect, and that's why we sold so quickly and for almost full list price in a market that has slowed down since the Covid chaos. I appreciated that Sherri went to bat to not just drop down to what the seller had offered (we've had poor advice here in the past and it seems too often realtors just want to closed asap to get paid and they don't actually care about getting their clients the extra money). Sherri does her due diligence and doesn’t cut corners. The professional photographer was awesome because when we bought this place we almost skipped over it because the photos made it look very unappealing, when I saw our listing go live it looked phenomenal. Her information with the dower email, the email about what to expect at closing etc is all so well laid out and makes it easy (even though I'm in the industry it's still easy to forget stuff!) and at the end of it all, she does it all with professionalism, ethically, and with the most personable and happy demeanour I have ever seen in a realtor (and just in general too!)

Sherri was referred to us by a friend and we can totally understand why! She was nothing short of amazing and the only realtor we have worked with that we would recommend to others. Sheri is the most human, ethical, polite, honest realtor I’ve worked with. I needed to sell my home unexpectedly, and she came and gave me advice on: what to upgrade and what to leave. Her knowledge helped so much and I ended up spending a very minimal amount. She checked in with me during my Reno’s and once we listed we had multiple offers with an accepted offer in only 4 days. Throughout the whole process it felt like she had laid out a red carpet and treated me as if I was her only client (which I was not). She kept me in the loop in all things and negotiated very wisely. She came remcommended by a few of my “aquaintances” and she did not disappoint at all. I highly recommend you call her if you are thinking of selling your home!
