Having immigrated from the Philippines with my family in 2011 and successfully purchasing my first home in 2014, I bring firsthand insight into the journey of homeownership—particularly for first-time buyers and new immigrants. Before transitioning into real estate, I worked as a driving instructor, where I regularly guided new immigrants through important life transitions. Many sought my advice on the home-buying process, and by sharing practical knowledge, key considerations, and lessons learned from my own experience, I helped them navigate the process with greater confidence. These meaningful interactions inspired my career in real estate.
