Rakib Zaman is the best!!! He is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Due to busy work schedule and pandemic restrictions, we couldn't come to Ontario frequently. So, Rakib did live streaming of pre-selected properties for us that helped us choose our dream home from the comfort of our living room. He even went extra mile to ensure crisp quality of video, which was the game changer for us.

I did not check-mark all of the above to endorse Mr. Rakib for his current brokerage, but I truly state that Mr. Rakib genuinely check marks in all of the above characteristics. Being a first time home buyer without any experience and in a market that was thriving with buyers and bidders, my success wouldn't have been possible without Mr. Rakib Zaman. My family's home search began around Nov 2020. Rakib was so patient with us, educated us, took us to as many showings as we wanted and I instantly knew that he was the person I was going to work with. During offers and bidding to which I lost and became upset, Rakib motivated me and kept me going and I could also feel a sense of empathy in him towards me which genuinely created my trust in him. During the bidding procedures, Rakib advised me on the pricing based on his knowledge on which he was very reasonable and did not question twice on the price and offer I finally wanted to provide. He truly understood what I can afford and I could see it in him and he was working towards that. Gradually we worked on our home search like partners having full trust in each other, a genuine human relationship. After loosing quiet a few bids in a tough market, Rakib came up with a strategy of providing a pre-emptive offer on the family day holiday of this year for a homes we really liked. He expecting that showings would be slow in that weekend and maybe this could be a strong change for us. And was he right!! Our offer was accepted and our search was finally over!! Throughout my entire process, Rakib was thoroughly in touch with me, advising me from time to time on the process and my obligations and duties and do's. Dealing with Rakib Zaman has been a real pleasure. Even words will be less if I have to describe his dedication and patience. To be honest, we have run to Whitby, Oshawa areas for 3 months from Toronto and so did Rakib. Never have I ever heard anything negative or impatient word from Rakib. We have seen more than 100 places, but still Rakib was really patient in choosing the right place for us as the first time homebuyer. I am a Post Graduate in Business Administration and have been in working in Sales for about 10 years in another industry, not in the real estate. However, I think I found Rakib Zaman as one of the real Gems. Why???
A good Salesman can sell ices to Eskimo but it is very hard to sell anything to a salesperson (which is I). I found Rakib Zaman maintains a highly professional attitude in his dealings but in a friendly manner. His honesty made me feel good about him; I never felt he was pushing me to close the sale for the sake of selling only. Though he was my agent, I could consider him as one of my teammates who is working selflessly for my benefit, not so much worried about his commission.
