Miranda did an amazing job, right from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and came prepared to our first meeting with comparable properties. During the meeting we had some questions, and she was quickly able to phone a contact that had the answers! We knew from the beginning that she was the realtor for us. The inspection went well and after fixing some of the issues, Miranda was quick to get the photographer in. Very professional, the photos turned out amazing and included drone images of the property to showcase our large pie lot. The house sold 2 days after it was listed! Great experience! Once our house was sold, Miranda was quick to get us in to view some properties. She was very understanding of what we were looking for and took us to properties in our price range that had the amenities we wanted. She did great work setting up viewings and meeting our demands! Thanks to Miranda, we found the perfect home in the new city. When we started looking for a house, our personal circumstances were pretty complicated (COVID19, living in a different city, pregnancy etc), but Miranda was very accommodating to our situations and without her efforts, we would not have found the house we have now (we were very close to giving up on house hunting and renting for a year). We purchased our condo with Miranda remotely from the USA. We had to rely on Miranda to get to know our likes and dislikes, and apply that knowledge to selection of properties to view. More challenging was viewing the properties remotely. Miranda walked us through each property through FaceTime video, and really did a great job finding our home for us.
She made a complex process (even more complex due to purchasing from the USA) easy to understand, smooth, and pain free. I highly recommend Miranda. She is the best realtor we've ever dealt with.

As a first-time home buyer I was very thankful to have Miranda and her experience with me. My ignorance was obvious when I started looking for a home and Miranda was able to open my eyes to features/red flags to look for, all while being mindful of what was important to me. We were planning a move to Calgary from Saskatchewan and we didn't want to use 'just any Realtor' for the purchase of a home in Calgary. Miranda met and indeed exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the process leading up to the purchase – and even after!
