We interviewed three agents before finding Judy. It was our first time ever selling a home and we were very nervous but Judy took a lot of time to walk us through the whole process. She even worked out 3 different price scenarios and approximate closing costs for us so we could get the best picture for what to ask. She helped us land on an asking price that was right where we needed in order to feel comfortable to list our house. We loved our home and were feeling stressed by the idea of moving, but we never felt any pressure from Judy: she was extremely down to earth and supportive, like a good friend. She was always available to speak to us and when our house sold in thankfully a very short time, she worked late into the evening to guide us through the process of accepting an offer and stayed with us through the long closing process and even after. We can't say enough about how grateful we are to have found Judy Welden and we have recommended her to all of our friends and neighbours.

Judy is the ultimate realtor professional. She listens carefully to your needs and plans her work with you accordingly. We were able to secure the right property in less than 10 days.
We appreciated her knowledge of real estate and her capacity for explaining the process.
Her kind gestures in taking us to lunch in our new community and also giving us an enormous tray of cookies and muffins the day of the move was very thoughtful.

Judy was nothing short of AMAZING during our home search. She was supportive, and creative in getting our previous home sold, and helping in the purchase of our new one.
She spent many late nights and early mornings ensuring that our sale and purchase was successful. She was constantly in touch with the agent for our new purchase, and was quick to get any questions answered and issues resolved.
She also provided recommendations for lawyers and banking, who were top notch professionals.
She has also followed up with us many times to ensure that everything was good when we moved in.
