Jared Black is a realtor sent from the heavens! We were first time home buyers and we were blown away at his knowledge. He truly looked out for us. We appreciated the effort he put into the searching process, when we physically walked around listings together, and during the scary final stage of bidding.
At first, Jared listened to our wish list items, sent us listings that matched our list, and was always available to answer any questions we had. He was super patient when we went off script and asked him about homes that we saw out in the wild. We were impressed at his organization to plan out our house viewing map when we wanted to see numerous homes in one day!
At the houses, Jared was the dream realtor. We did not know what to look out for. Sometimes we had our parents with us during the listings, but many times we did not. He worked independently with us and with our families. We all appreciated Jared’s keen eye at noticing water damage, cracks, and suspicious looking areas. He truly helped us make informed decisions. He never persuaded us one way or the other. He was perfect at presenting us with all of the facts he could find about the properties in contention. He simply wanted us to have all the information we possibly could have so that we could make the most informed decision.
When it came down to the bidding process, we were solidified in our realtor selection decision! Jared was prepared, resolute, and always on our side. We appreciated the fight he put up for us so that we could get the best price on an amazing home during the craziest of times to buy a house. We love our house. We proudly say that we got a home under asking price because of our superstar realtor!
