About Me

I have lived in Calgary for just over 20 years now and have been investing in real estate locally since 2004. I personally have purchased and sold in the downturn as well as the peak of the market which has allowed me the skills to be strategic and provide a ton of personal experience and education to clients on their sales and purchases.  I am fortuante enough to sell in every type of market in Calgary whether it be single family, luxury, new construction, heritage homes, condos and townhomes.  By having the opportunity and exposure to every all styles of homes, I understand the components that create the perfect space for my client's needs.  This job to me is about client experience and it is relevant with the ongoing work I do with clients.

I understand the critical components of working on each side of a transaction, representing both buyers and sellers. Knowing the market, being accountable to my clients, quick to answer the phone and being a tough negotiator on both sides of the deal are what you get with me as a Realtor. I’m a firm believer in pricing properties properly and am fierce when it comes to negotiations for my clients. I make sure no money is left on the table.

Over the years, I have sourced an excellent team of professionals, which ensures every one of my clients has the best possible experience from beginning to end. For me, working with my clients is some of the most enjoyable times I have had, and I can honestly say that every client I work with becomes a lifelong friend along the process.

It is crucial to understand who you are working with and that you feel confident in communication lines that are honest and always in your best interest. My job as your Realtor is to get you top dollar for your home and navigate through the process of terms and conditions to secure the absolute best output with the least amount of stress and maximum value.
