Cliff made selling our house so easy. We were living out of the province with a 3 1/2 hour time difference. Cliff was available whenever we needed him. He also made recommendations for contractors that we needed to complete small jobs before our inspection. These contractors turned out to be very reliable and reasonably priced. Cliff Curtis is a consummate professional and helped me buy my house under challenging circumstances:
1. I was overseas throughout the whole process.
2. I was totally inexperienced.
As a result, communication was key, so I was relieved that Curtis proved to be an excellent communicator. I had many questions and Curtis was informative, patient and proactive in helping me at every step, which was very much appreciated. He was also very efficient and responsive time-wise, so the deal moved along quickly and he was available to me anytime, despite the major time zone difference, including on weekends! Everything was done online and by phone.
As I was overseas, Curtis met with my elderly mother to show her the houses I was interested in. Over the period of a week, Curtis met with my mom several times and she was thoroughly impressed, also finding him to be easy-going, punctual and informative.
I'd highly recommend Curtis and hope to work with him again in the future.

Cliff Curtis is a very hard working agent and was especially helpful to us as we live in Ontario and needed help above and beyond what normally an agent would do for us in selling the house. i. e. finding contractors to do repairs among other things.
