Chris James Markham was born and raised in Victoria, BC, an opportunity that has allowed him to gain an in depth understanding of the capital and all that it has to offer. Chris began his career as a Red Seal carpenter and developed a passion for building and architecture. After eight years in the construction industry Chris became licensed as both a property manager and Real Estate agent. Chris has developed a passion for helping his clients understand the local market and assist in buying, selling, and making decisions around managing their property or portfolio. Chris’s multifaceted experience makes him uniquely qualified to answer questions related to current and future real estate markets, investments properties, renovations, and house flipping. He has worked with both first time home buyers as well as experienced property owners and investors, developing a complex portfolio of satisfied clients.
