Brittany helped us find our first home. We were looking at manufactured homes in all the mobile parks around Kelowna. Buying a manufactured home is a bit complicated with many steps needed. Brittany referred an agent to us to work with in a different province twice now. Both agents she referred us to in different provinces were awesome. She knew what we were looking for and found the perfect agent to work with us, which resulted in quick sale and purchase. All this was because of her referral. You don’t need to be in the same province/area to use Brittany’s services. She was there with us checking in the whole time. Brittany is awesome.

I want to give a long overdue shout out to my amazing realtor, Brittany Loney. It was a bit of a whirlwind adventure and Brittany was instrumental in getting it all done. I hadn’t really plannned on selling so there was a lot to do to get the house ready. Brittany was there every step of the way from patching and painting, helping to take my donations in and a little outdoor cleanup and staging - she can rock a leaf blower!Brittany went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. I felt supported every step of the way.I accepted an offer 9 days after the house was listed and Brittany took care of it all while on her vacation. She had to be up in the middle of the night to make it happen. To add to this, she arranged for showings for the day she flew back into town and we quickly found our next home.I would not hesitate to recommend Brittany to anyone looking for a superstar realtor.
