We had contacted Ashley at the start of our house hunting journey as we weren’t to sure what direction to go or how to get started as first time home buyers ! She assured us she would be by our side for the whole process and any questions we had she’d be sure to have an answer or get one for us if she didn’t know. I would recommend using Ashley for any home purchase or listing of a property. She was always on time, provided any information we required as well as additional information that we didn’t even think about. We had a few listings that we wanted to view while Ashley was on vacation and instead of making us wait and possibly missing a deal she arranged to make sure we had the opportunity to view any property! Overall Ashley is very Knowledgeable and an outgoing agent. If we ever have to use an agent again we will definitely be contacting Ashley.

I have nothing but positive feedback on the service Ashley Czinege provided us during the sale of our property. She started by providing a very detailed start up information package, that explained the process, the services and strategy she would provide, as well as a local sales analysis package. Based on her analysis and advise we where able to quickly establish the right asking price. This combined with her written promise to let us switch to an other firm should we ever want to, with no strings attached, made it an easy decision to go with her.
The posting she created looked great, and included a video that really showcased our property well. Throughout the process she kept us up to date on showings and other activities, and addressed all our questions in a timely and clear manner.
The actual offer and sales step was managed very well and made it easy of us to complete the sale.

We had a great experience with Ashley from before, when we were buying our home. That is why we didn't even think about anyone else when we decided to sell our home. She really understood our needs and helped us out in every situation. We sold our home in the first 24 hours for asking price! Right from the start our experience with Ashley was tremendously rewarding. Ashley went above and beyond in taking the lead with organizing and planning of the listing, getting qualified buyers into our home, setting the best price for our home and all done in a timely manner.
