I began my real estate career in 2018, working as a Personal Assistant to Timothy and Stephany Mercer. It was during this time that I became acquainted with the industry and was able to learn first-hand, the key elements of the real estate transaction. Having journeyed through the 'down to the studs' renovations with my husband, on our first home purchase, my understanding of real estate has only grown in respect to the complexity of purchase and sale, to the pride of home ownership.
At the core of every sale are individuals and this is where 'the rubber meets the road' with connecting and building relationships for me. I greatly value building and maintaining these relationships, and providing a high level of customer service by way of honesty, integrity, and compassion.
As someone who greatly values education and finds joy in serving others, I took the natural next step and achieved my real estate license in 2020. I was able to fully serve Tim and Stephany Mercer as a Licensed Assistant. Under their mentorship I was being equipped with the skills and experience necessary to fully serve and assit clients in finding their dream properties. Now, as partner to Tim Mercer and Lisa Neufeld in Team Mercer, we are able to combine our individual giftings, talents, skills and combined 45+ years of experience in bringing a greater level of quality service to our clients that would otherwise not be possible.
Aside from work, my favorite place to be is in my own home, creating memories with my husband and our four beautiful daughters. I am also very active in my local church community where I am blessed to be involved in the Women’s Ministry.
