About Gary Chambers
Hi, I'm Gary Chambers, Associate Broker with Century 21 Trident Realty Ltd. in Cole Harbour Nova Scotia. I began my Real Estate Career in June 1984 and have been a REALTOR® since then. I help buyers and sellers all over the HRM and Truro NS. In 2006 I became an Associate Broker having completed my Brokers Licence exam. Along with the added title comes addtional responsibility. I believe however that this puts me in a better position to serve my clients as well. I do alot of work in New Construction and have specialized in preparing all of the necessary paperwork along with the calculations for the H.S.T.. the Federal Rebate and Provincial First Time Home Buyers Rebates. I handle the buyers follow up such as choice selection and stay on top of all the important details until the successful closing. I have associated mtself with on of Metro's Top Builder's: Green Leaf Construction Ltd. who has been building fine, energy efficient homes in this area since the early 1990's. Gary Chambers
Gary was born and raised in Montreal Quebec where he still has family. In Sept 1968 he joined the Royal Montreal Regiment, an infantry unit, and was discharged as a Corporal. later in 1975 while employed by the Canadian National Railway, Gary along with his wife Linda and thier daughter Cheryl was transferred to Halifax. When the family arrived they were 4 in number having added another daughter Shannon to the family. Once here, they decided that this was the place to raise their children and set down roots. They completed the family with 2 sons David and Michael. They have since been blessed with eight grandchildren. The whole family(including grandchildren) is into camping, canoeing and kayaking and have spoent many wonderful days exploring our national and Provincial Parks, Keji being the family favorite! Gary is also into outback hiking. His love of music, guitar more specifically, brought him to establish the 8:45 Choir at Saint Vincent's Parish where he and his good friend Rick MacGuililvary played for many years. Together we have written many songs and recorded a C.D. compiled of all original music.
