I had the pleasure of working with Veronica on the sale of a beautiful bungalow in Ajax. Veronica was representing the buyers and I was on the Seller’s side. Veronica was super professional and did a fantastic job at going over anything and everything related to the house to truly protect her clients. This is the second time I’ve used Veronica and it’s the second time I’ve been blown away. The first time the market was good and we got amazing bully offers based on her strategies. Not a big deal in a great market. Hmmm.. second time in a market that went from a hundred miles an hour to a standstill and once again based on her skills.. twenty plus showings in the first two days of holding offers and three bully offers in the first three days and sold over not just asking but setting the new ceiling in the neighbourhood. Far from luck. Her work ethic and professionalism is not only admirable but untouchable. From her stager / photographer/ lawyer she is top tier all around. Simply put it, Veronica is the BEST. Five stars are not enough to express my satisfaction. She was on top of every detail during the listing time, and when the "negotiation time" came, she acted respectfully but firmly with the cooperating broker. She got everything I wanted (not only about the price but, particularly, about the conditions). On top of that, she sold my home in just 45 days when the market was terribly slow and prices went down (and with Christmas around the corner !!!).
If you want to buy or sell a property, do yourself a favour: Don't waste your time interviewing other agents. Just call Veronica and magically most of your stress will be gone. When you hire Veronica, you don't hire an "agent". You get two decades of powerful experience working for you. You won't regret it.

5 stars to this incredible lady....Her advice was invaluable in deciding whether to sell or rent; she helped, guided thru the entire process of my condo rental; she kept me in the loop even though I am 6 hours ahead using WhatsApp and email; I really appreciated her empathy in the process; she went above and beyond in her screening ,understanding that I was renting out my home while I am temporarily living abroad.

BEST REALTOR IN THE WORLD!!! We are first time home buyers and before we started our search every aspect of it was intimidating. Veronica made all of our worries go away within minutes of speaking with her. She understood our concerns and clarified everything thoroughly. She provided a list of recommendations for mortgage brokers and we went with one of those. As we began our search she would always provide her opinion and ask what we like and don’t like about certain aspects. She always gave us alternative ideas that we didn’t think of for renovations and explained the struggles we may face with redesigning a space. Once we finalized on a house, she bargained and secured a deal for us with ease. The process prior to the finalization of the house went smoother then we could have ever imagined. She gave us recommendations for closing lawyers as well and we ended going with one of them. Veronica always kept us updated throughout the journey and would always check in prior to the finalization. Even while juggling her busy work schedule she would always take the time to chat and explain everything, not to mention drive 2 hours one way for viewing. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We loved her and we highly recommend her!
