Welcome to the fun side of real estate. I'm Cassandra, your hands-on, dog petting, coffee bringing REALTOR®. My job is to take the load off of the home buying/selling process so you don't have to. It can be an overwhelming process and it's important to have someone who cares in your corner. Finding your dream (or next) home should be as enjoyable as living in it.

I'm passionate about educating my clients regarding real estate and empowering them to make real estate decisions that build wealth and happiness. There’s nothing I love more than friendships that form over contracts (and a cup of coffee), except maybe seeing my clients reach their homeownership goals. As a lifelong Alberta resident, I know how to market your home in our area. My Red Deer and Central Alberta real estate market knowledge is among the best in the industry.

I have experience in many different areas and I'm licensed in both residential and rural real estate. I pride myself on a transparent transaction- meaning you know what I'm doing to give you peace of mind.

When I'm not with clients, I can be found with my husband, David, and two dogs, exploring the world, walking Red Deer's amazing trail system, or learning something new. I volunteer on the executive of the local region of Hockey Alberta's Officiating Committee as the Female Development Coordinator, and I also try to volunteer within the community as often as possible.
