Darrell Chan has always had a keen eye for investment opportunities and at the age of 26 Darrell sold his first property from which he realized a healthy profit. From that point forward Darrell has focused on utilizing real estate as a mechanism to secure his financial future. Darrell is not new to real estate or the Toronto lifestyle, he has fully immersed himself in the culture and night life residing in the King/Queen West corridor and the Distillery/Corktown districts in the east.
A self proclaimed “foodie” he has experienced and enjoyed many of the eclectic restaurants that downtown Toronto has to offer.
"Living downtown gives me an authentic outlook on how the area has developed. The neighbourhood, the people, and the investment opportunities. These are things that I’ve seen first hand, so when I give advice about property in the core, I believe it because I live and embody it.”
It all started with the first investment property.
“After seeing the results of buying and selling, and then reinvesting in property, it was an easy decision to enter the Real Estate profession. People ask me what I do and how I do it. When I tell them, they’re instantly intrigued. I love conversing with people about anything – especially real estate.”
In his spare time, Darrell enjoys playing softball and traveling.
“Experience things you’ve never experienced. Go places you’ve never been. You never know what’s out there until you do some exploration. Real Estate is the same way.”
