As a native Victorian and seasoned real estate professional, I appreciate and value the trust my clients put in me and always strive to exceed their expectations. I have been a consistent, multi-award winning and top producing Realtor® with the Victoria Real Estate Board for over 20 years. Prior to entering real estate, I was the sales manager of a major high end floor covering company as well as a contractor specializing in residential restorations and renovations. These many years of experience have provided me with a comprehensive knowledge of our local market and my unmatched devotion to service has helped me dependably achieve the successful results that my clientele has come to expect and rely upon.
I am a full time Agent with extensive experience and expertise in residential relocation (in town and out of town), new home construction and bare land real estate, first-time buyer programs, senior downsizing strategies, strata properties, estate sales, military and government transfers (Brookfield approved relocation agent), the purchase and sale of tenant occupied properties, commercial, development, investment property and leases. I am absolutely committed to providing exceptional service and representation to all whom I serve.
I am deeply connected to our community as a fourth generation Victorian, Mt. Douglas graduate (Grad ‘88), and past student of UVic, Camosun College and UBC. I have volunteered for Big Brothers and Sisters of Victoria, served on multiple committees with the Victoria Real Estate Board and on the Greens Committee during the major course reconstruction of the Gorge Vale Golf Course. I support many local organizations and charities including Easter Seals, Shriners, The Heart and Stroke Foundation and The Kidney Foundation of Canada.
I have been happily married to my wife, Christine, for 25 years and am the proud father of two grown sons, Evan and Kyle and grandfather to little Vincent Rothnie! When not working hard to guide my clients towards their real estate goals, I love playing golf at Uplands Golf Course, exploring our local waters, fishing, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
